  • TWO reference forms (unless you are mailing these independently).
  • Return this form together with the required enclosures.
  • Completed forms are processed as we receive them. Please allow at least four weeks for notification.
  • For immigration purposes, kindly provide details as appears in your passport.
  • On submission of your application, you shall receive an admission letter within two (2) working weeks. This will confirm the details of your tuition, time and Zoom ID for tuition.
